      • What is a QR Site? A QR Site is a mobile-optimised landing page created specifically to be accessed via a QR code scan. It provides a fast, direct link for customers to view information, promotions, or contact details without needing to type a URL.

      • Logging In Navigate to the Maltix platform login page. Enter your provided username and password. Familiarise yourself with the main dashboard, which provides an an overview of your QR Sites and associated analytics.

      Module 2: Creating Your QR Site

      Objective: To provide a step-by-step guide on building a new QR Site.

      • Step 1: Choosing a Template From the dashboard, select "Create New QR Site". Browse the available templates, choosing one that best suits your brand or purpose (e.g., business card, menu, product page).

      • Step 2: Adding and Editing Content

        • Text: Click on text blocks to edit headlines, paragraphs, and descriptions. Ensure all copy is concise and clear for mobile users.

        • Images: Upload high-quality images that represent your brand or product. Optimise images for fast loading times.

        • Contact Information: Input your phone number, email address, and social media links. Ensure all links are correct and functional.

        • Action Buttons: Add call-to-action (CTA) buttons, such as "Call Now", "Visit Website", or "Book a Table".

      • Step 3: Customising the Design Use the styling tools to change colours, fonts, and background images. Apply your brand's colour palette to maintain consistency. Preview the site on a mobile device to ensure the design is responsive and looks professional.

      Module 3: Generating and Distributing Your QR Code

      Objective: To teach you how to generate, download, and effectively use your QR code.

      • Step 1: Generating the QR Code Once your QR Site is complete, click the "Generate QR Code" button. The platform will automatically create a unique QR code linked to your new site.

      • Step 2: Customising the QR Code

        • Colours: Change the foreground and background colours of the code to match your branding.

        • Logo: Upload your company logo to be placed in the centre of the code for a professional touch.

        • Frame: Add a simple frame or text (e.g., "Scan Me") to encourage user interaction.

      • Step 3: Downloading and Distribution Download your customised QR code in a high-resolution format (e.g., PNG or SVG).

      • Best Practices for Placement:

        • Place the code in highly visible areas (e.g., product packaging, posters, business cards).

        • Ensure the code is a sufficient size for easy scanning.

        • Provide a clear call-to-action next to the code.

      Module 4: Advanced Features and Analytics

      Objective: To cover more advanced functionality and how to measure the performance of your QR Site.

      • Editing an Existing QR Site Return to your dashboard and select the QR Site you wish to edit. Make any necessary changes to content or design. The QR code does not change, so your updates will be live instantly upon saving.

      • Viewing Analytics From the dashboard, click on the "Analytics" tab for your QR Site. Review key metrics, including:

        • Total scans

        • Scan locations

        • Device types

      • Troubleshooting Common Issues

        • QR Code not scanning? Check for blurriness, insufficient size, or poor colour contrast.

        • QR Site not loading? Verify your internet connection and ensure the page has been saved correctly.
