2.3. Maltix QR Site ("build a tribe") (£795 setup + £30 per month)

• What it is: A Progressive Web App (PWA) platform that serves as a central digital hub.

• Value Proposition: The QR Site allows businesses to foster a loyal community or "tribe" by engaging with users through push notifications, events, and shared content. This is perfect for building brand loyalty and direct customer engagement without the friction of a traditional app store.

The Maltix commission model is straightforward and designed for long-term income.

• Initial Commission: You earn 20% of the initial setup fee for any client you bring in.

• Residual Commission: You also earn 20% of the client’s monthly subscription fee for the entire lifetime of their subscription.

Example Commission Calculation: Let’s say you sell a "Maltix QR Site" package to a client:

• Setup Fee: £795

• Your Initial Commission: £795 x 20% = £159

• Monthly Subscription: £30

• Your Residual Commission (per month): £30 x 20% = £6

This means you get a solid initial payment and a recurring income for as long as that client remains subscribed. This model rewards you not just for the sale, but for the long-term value your client receives.

4.1. The Onboarding Process Your first step to becoming a recognised Maltix affiliate is to legally formalise your partnership.

1. NDA Signature: You must first digitally sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) using the provided form.

2. Sales Agreement: After the NDA is signed, the official Sales Agency Agreement will be automatically sent to you for a second digital signature via DocuSign.

Once both documents are signed, you are an official Maltix Partner and can begin selling.

4.2. Your Sales Toolkit Maltix provides you with a powerful tool for lead generation:

• Personal QR Lite: You'll receive a personal, branded QR code.

• Smart Form Page: This QR code links directly to a branded Smart Form Page that is unique to you.

• Automated CRM: When a prospect fills out your Smart Form, the information is securely and automatically logged into the Maltix CRM, tracking the lead to your account.

4.3. The Sales Flow

1. Identify a Prospect: Find an SME client you believe would benefit from a Maltix product.

2. Introduce the Solution: Explain the benefits of a Maltix product (e.g., how the QR Site can build their community).

3. Share Your QR: Direct them to your personal Smart Form page by sharing your unique QR code or its corresponding link.

4. Submission & Automation: When they submit the form, their details are automatically routed to the Maltix team and associated with your account, ensuring you get the credit for the lead.

5. Commission Payout: Once the sale is completed, your commissions (setup and residual) will be processed according to the terms of the agreement.

1. Review the full text: Carefully re-read the original "Sales Agency Agreement" to ensure you understand all the terms.

2. Sign the Agreements: Click the provided link to submit the NDA form for your digital signature.

3. Get Your Tools: Once the agreements are signed, you will be set up with your personal QR Lite and Smart Form page.

4. Start Prospecting: Identify your first few potential clients from your existing network.
