Adding leads to the Capsule CRM pipeline typically involves creating an Opportunity. Here is the simple process:
1. Create a New Opportunity
From the main menu bar (usually at the top), click the icon to add a new item and select Opportunity. Alternatively, if you are already looking at a specific contact's page, you can click "Add Opportunity" directly from there.

Once you click Save, the lead will immediately appear in your Sales Pipeline under the Milestone column you selected.
